How to measure your head circumference
- Take a flexible tape measure (or a piece of string that you will then measure).
- Place it around your head, approximately 2 cm above your ears and above your eyebrows.
- Keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal all around your head.
- Note the measurement in centimeters — this is your head circumference.
